Jumpstart 2014

My 2014 started off shaky with a loss of life.
Looking back on 2013 I don't really know what did most of the time.
I went to school in a program I hated, worked a job that I used to love but grew to dislike, started a relationship with my boyfriend and I shook it up at all the wrong moments and I yelled at my kids way too much.
I made mistakes in 2013 and a lot of them.
I want 2014 to BE MY YEAR.
And oh it will be.

I have a few different areas of my life to work on:

1. My relationship with my honey. That whole area needs revised and reorganized. He and I know this.

2. Not yelling. I am a yeller. There I admitted it. I always have been but I will not always be. This I started a week ago. I'm doing okay so far. I have slipped a few times, but I am doing better. It becomes easier to not yell when you're upset if you don't yell when you're not upset. If I want my kids to be quiet, to do something, to come to me from another room, etc I go get them. I get up off my butt and find them. That way I'm not yelling from room to room. Not yelling in everyday life makes it easier to not yell while upset.

3. Exercise. I am not large by any means, but I am not toned and could stand to lose some fat. I plan to regain my gym membership at Fitness 19 and start working out again. It makes me happy and I can de-stress. Plus I'll look better :)

4. Horses. I want to show my horse this year. Technically he is my Dad's, but only because I let him think that, haha. Riding horses is my passion and really the only thing I love to do.

5. Work and School. I want to find a job I at least some what like doing while I go back to school. It doesn't have to be fancy or anything I just want to not dread going everyday. As for school, I left the program I hated and now have to find something that I like. I have an appointment at Salon Success Academy for their esthetics program. I'm going to see if they'll let me look in on a class and see if I actually like it. I'm also thinking about Medical Assisting, but we'll see how the appointments with the schools go.

These are the areas of my life that this blog will be about.
Feel free to read, comment, give advice, the works.
I enjoy all forms of communication.

WELCOME TO MY REJUVENATION.
